Michelle Cordero, E-RYT500, MFA, RPYT began teaching yoga and movement in the Bay Area in 2002. She built her career on her integrity and passion for teaching skillfully and mindfully; and was voted "Best Yoga Teacher of the East Bay 2018" by Oakland Magazine. She travels extensively to lead retreats, workshops and teacher trainings both in the US and internationally. Michelle is a Lead Trainer with Breathe for Change. Her primary yoga influences are Ana Forrest, Shiva Rea and Maty Ezraty; she has experience in many different styles of yoga including Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Iyengar and Yin. Michelle is an S Factor Instructor, and is thrilled to add teaching S Factor to her offerings for women. A coach and craniosacral practitioner, she recently launched a program for women at mid-life called Redefine 50. My Deep Flow classes combine vinyasa flow, alignment, core strength and breath awareness to help students of all levels develop greater strength, flexibility and inner awareness.
Retreats give students an opportunity to go deeper into their yoga practice, and they also offer an understanding of the greater world in which we live. A true-time to unplug and soak in self-care.
