Beth brings warmth, curiosity, humor, and real-life experiences to her yoga and mindfulness teachings. She loves creating spaces where people can slow down, breathe, move, explore, and have fun along the way. Her approach to these presencing practices is totally down-to-earth — inviting everyone to come exactly as they are.
Beth discovered yoga more than 30 years ago, and it quickly became a lifelong passion. After “careers and MBA’s”, she and her husband, Terry, shifted to create Om on the Range in Chicago. Om’s been around for 25 years, with Beth and Terry sharing their love of yoga through classes, workshops, yoga fundraisers, and retreats. Their teachings leave people feeling refreshed, connected, and inspired. Plus there are plenty of laughs along the way! Beth is also a mom, an aunt to 44 nieces/nephews, community helper, non-profit champion, art lover, golfer, bike-rider, pickleballer, and mahjong player. She is still practicing the art of showing up for life.
