Welcoming, grounding, intuitive, empowering, and thoughtfully sequenced.
Connection, Presence, Expansion, and Transformation.
Cara started teaching yoga after seeing how much it changed her own life. What began as something physical became a way to steady herself, clear her mind, and stay grounded through real life challenges. That shift is what made her want to share it. Over the years, she’s developed a very intuitive way of teaching. She pays attention to what people actually need in the moment, not just what’s planned, and creates a space that feels supportive and easy to walk into. Her classes build strength, but they also go deeper; helping students slow down, reconnect, and experience real change both on and off the mat.

Cara teaches across a wide range of styles, but her classes are always shaped by what’s happening in the room. She leads with intuition and experience, adjusting in real time to meet her students where they are. There’s depth to the work, but also a sense of lightness; she brings humor, keeps things grounded, and creates a space where people can relax, explore, and not take themselves too seriously.
Cara believes yoga retreats are transformational because they give people something that’s really hard to come by in everyday life; space. Space to step away from routines, responsibilities, and constant noise, and actually reconnect with themselves. Being in a new environment shifts perspective in a way that’s hard to replicate at home. It becomes easier to slow down, tune in, and see things a little more clearly. She also really values the experience of being taken care of. Most people don’t get a full week to focus on their practice without distractions, while someone else is holding the container. That combination of consistent practice, rest, and support allows people to let their guard down, open up, and experience real change that sticks when they go back home.
