FAQ

What inspired you to teach yoga?

My own yoga practice inspired me to teach because of the profound transformation it brought to my life. Through yoga, I found greater strength, resilience, and balance—physically, mentally, and emotionally. And it helped me to feel better in my body. Both this powerful shift, and being a teacher by nature, fueled my desire to share yoga’s transformative benefits with others, guiding them to experience the same sense of empowerment, well-being, and strength that it brought to my life.

Who are your most influential teachers?

Desiree Rumbaugh, Jill Miller ... too many to count over the last 30 years!

How would you describe your classes?

Playful and challenging in the best way, educational, and transformational.
