Kevin's journey in restorative justice began as a volunteer facilitator for the Victim Offender Education Group (VOEG) within San Quentin State Prison, where he witnessed the profound impact of restorative practices in fostering empathy and accountability. Today, he continues his mission as a professional facilitator with Stronghold, working to empower community organizations through restorative approaches.

With over 30 years of experience in financial services consultation and 17 years as a real estate broker, Kevin leverages his diverse background to address historical harm and advocate for social justice. As a California native and lifelong Bay Area resident, he understands the interconnectedness of acknowledging harm, fostering accountability, and promoting equity and inclusion.

Kevin's dedication to building strong, healing communities extends beyond his professional endeavors. As a father of three and grandfather of four, he is deeply committed to creating a better world for future generations. In his free time, Kevin finds solace in yoga, enjoying good food, and engaging in meaningful conversations that inspire positive change.
