Michele Klink's mission is to guide you in living a happy, healthy, and fulfilled life. Her motto is Resolve to Evolve. Like a hummingbird, she will joyously flit into your life to flap her wings of iridescent offerings, dropping bits of nectar into your awareness, so you may continue your resolve to evolve.

Based in Marin County, CA, Michele has been teaching for over 25 years in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Michele curates transformative experiences. Her yoga classes incorporate alignment-based vinyasa flow, with longer holds and focused breathing practices. She encourages yin, restorative, and therapy ball massage practices to balance the nervous system, body, mind and spirit. Known as a storyteller, an experience with Michele goes beyond the physical as she weaves in philosophy, meditation, mystical dimensions, and positive psychology for inspiration in daily living. She has extensive experience leading groups and retreats locally and internationally. Before Yoga, Michele had a career in Holistic Health Education and Nutrition. She loves nature, hiking, wildlife, cultural experiences, and cooking.

What Inspired You to Teach Yoga?

To be of service. And, to offer experiences for people to evolve and awaken to new possibilities.

Lisa Walford, Maty Ezraty, Jill Miller, Sianna Sherman, Desiree Rumbaugh, Aadill Palkhivala, and so many more! 

How would you describe your classes?

Why do you feel retreats are transformational?

Retreats allow you to step away from habits and routine in order to gain new perspectives. To expand life experiences. To meet new people and make lasting friendships.

What is your favorite pose to teach?

All poses but I like teaching Inversions, especially Handstand!

What is your favorite pose to practice?

Hanumanasana (splits) and Bird of Paradise (standing balance)

Where are your favorite places to travel?

Inward travel to the heart! Outward travel? Most everywhere.
