Yin & Yang Yoga in Mexico

Join Erika & Beth at the award-winning, fully self-sustaining retreat center located on a pristine 200-acre nature reserve. This incredible location has a private beach on the Pacific coast of Mexico and is just a short 30-minute drive from the airport. Here we will explore the two sides of the coin through our practice. The sun and heat of vinyasa flow as well as the cooler, darker side of yin, restoratives and pranayama. Daytime activities range from snorkeling, scuba diving, horseback riding or exploring the local region. You will spend your time resting, unwinding, resetting, napping and de-tangling in your beautifully decorated open-air room with gorgeous ocean view and warm breezes. Explore the on-site turtle sanctuary and then indulge in a delicious, healthy meal, made fresh from ingredients harvested from the retreat center’s organic garden by their excellent staff. Bring a couple of books and prepare yourself to take some serious downtime so that you return to normal life a different person—relaxed, glowing, at ease and renewed.
