For over 20 years, Ann Dyer has taken students around the world on trips designed to revitalize and transform, but she always returns to the nearby wonderland of Haramara, where deep healing and contemplation are supported by the gentle power of Mexico’s stunning Pacific Coast.
Join Ann for seven days of asana and pranayama, chanting and nature in the jungle paradise of Haramara, a journey sure to awaken you to life and the joy it holds. Calling on the natural beauty of Haramara as a source of inspiration, Ann leads us on loving a journey of self, from the earthy jungle of our foundation to the infinite heavens of our minds, exploring all the beautiful vistas along the way.
Each day this Sayulita yoga retreat includes an immersive morning practice of deep asana and an afternoon practice of chanting, pranayama and meditation. Classes are mixed-level. Afternoons are free for swimming in the warm waters of Haramara’s private beach, exploring volcanic highlands, taking a walk into the quaint town of Sayulita, catching a surf lesson, or taking a siesta! Meals are five-star, healthy gourmet fare, and top-of-the-line spa services are available.
