Vinyasa, Iyengar, chanting, and meditation
You, yoga, art, and life
This experience leans more toward an immersive travel adventure, with a rhythm that reflects the vibrancy of Northern Morocco. While we’ll enjoy at least one yoga practice each day—some days offering two and a bit more leisure. Our journey moves from the cultural crossroads of Tangier to the artistic coastal town of Asilah, and into the spiritual heart of Fes, each rich in character and charm. We’ll explore historic medinas, connect with local artisans, and soak in the region’s diverse cultural influences. Come ready to move, engage, and be inspired by the music, stories, and spirit of this unforgettable region.
Ann's practices are often layered with chant, breathwork, and meditation to create a complete and embodied experience. In retreat settings, her teaching draws from the art, music, poetry, and spiritual traditions of the local culture, making each session not just a practice, but a window into the soul of a place. Whether flowing through vinyasa, aligning with precision, or resting in stillness, her classes are memorable journeys that leave students energized, grounded, and deeply connected. Expect practices that are both uplifting and transformative—designed to nourish lifelong well-being and presence on and off the mat.
