What inspired you to teach yoga?

A deep desire to help people relax and experience their own potential to soothe their nervous system by taming their mind and moving energy in their body.

Who are your most influential teachers?

Paul Grilley and Kia Miller

How would you describe your classes?

Grounding, introspective, and devotional with a potent meditative awareness of breath, deep listening, and witnessing of sensations through longer, passive holds.

Why do you feel retreats are transformational?

Traveling with intention provides an opportunity to experience shifts in your way of being. Rooted in nature, centered in culture, and steeped in practice, these retreats can be life-affirming, soul-nourishing, educational, and elevational experiences that cause transformational shifts in perspective and deep relaxation for the nervous system.
