What inspired you to teach yoga?

I used to be a CPA. I knew I had a bigger purpose in the world to help others. I found yoga and it changed my life and I wanted to share that with others.

Who are your most influential teachers?

Sadie Nardini, Sean Corne, Shiva Rae

How would you describe your classes?

Each class has an inspiration woven throughout a challenging flow. I use the poses as a gateway to feeling everything.

Why do you feel retreats are transformational?

Gathering with a group of strangers for a week-long immersion of yoga is highly vulnerable. When you put yourself outside your comfort zone like this, coupled with deep self-study, transformation occurs.
