What inspired you to teach yoga?

My personal practice and its evolution

Who are your most influential teachers?

Annie Carpenter, Maty Ezraty, Jason Crandell

How would you describe your classes?

My classes create a sense of inquiry through movement. With the understanding that we are all unique in our movement, I encourage students to explore poses, ranges of motion and breath individually while sharing the communal space and energy of a yoga class.

Why do you feel retreats are transformational?

Retreats offer an opportunity to pause. They allow us to see new sites, connect with a new community and offer a space to reflect.

What is your favorite pose to teach and favorite pose to practice?

Where are your favorite places to travel?

I love anywhere where I can experience untouched nature, whether that be the mountains, jungle or the beach.
