My classes create a sense of inquiry through movement. With the understanding that we are all unique in our movement, I encourage students to explore poses, ranges of motion and breath individually while sharing the communal space and energy of a yoga class.
Retreats offer an opportunity to pause. They allow us to see new sites, connect with a new community and offer a space to reflect.
