Admired by poets from Homer to Virgil and prized by ancient cultures over the millennia, Sicily is a place like no other. Perfected situated in the Mediterranean, Sicily has seduced travelers for centuries with its dazzling diversity of landscapes, cultural treasures and exceptional cuisine. Our home for the week is a luxurious private villa in the gently rolling hills between the sea and the renowned baroque town of Noto. This luxurious property sits on an organic farm with hundred-year-old olive, almond, citrus trees and vineyards, all cultivated according to biodynamic methods. Originally a winepress dating the 18th century, this elegant property was recently renovated with green technologies and is largely environmentally self-sufficient. It offers incredible cuisine by an award-winning Michelin chef and a swimming pool supplied with fresh water filtered by a special mixture of mineral salts renowned since antiquity for its healing properties. In addition to twice-daily yoga classes with Erin we will explore the nearby highlights of Modica, Ragusa, Syracusa and more.
