I have always been drawn to teach, since I was a small child. My Masters degree is in Education. I found yoga through meditation and then once I began to practice asana while living in NYC it felt like one of the most familiar practices to my body and mind. While teaching Kindergarten I began to share yoga with my students. It was bringing me such joy and peace that I decided to transition and make it my full time career.
