Yoga in Mexico with Jen Burk Reynolds
January 17th- 23rd 2015
Join Jen on a retreat to this luxury sustainable boutique hotel located on one mile of pristine beach on the Pacific coast of Mexico just a 30-minute drive from the airport. Its located on 200 acres, 85% of which are in a Private Nature Reserve, and includes a turtle sanctuary, archaeological site and permaculture farm. All rooms have ocean views, open-air construction using traditional techniques for ocean breeze, and are decorated with local materials to the highest standard of artistic craftsmanship.
This retreat will be an opportunity to unplug from the many distractions of our busy daily lives and reclaim our true nature. Through the practices of vinyasa and mindful meditation, we will release the layers of tension and stress created by the hectic pace of constant ‘doing’ and move into a more natural and sustainable pace of stillness and simply ‘being’ in each present moment.
Jen Burk Reynolds
Jen was first drawn to yoga as a child but didn't begin practicing until 1994. Over the years, she has studied with many wonderful teachers but has been perhaps most deeply influenced by her studies with Jack Kornfield and the dharma teachers at Spirit Rock Meditation Center. Jen completed Spirit Rock's first Mindfulness Yoga Teacher training in 2008 and cherishes the deep tradition of silence and stillness. Jen has been teaching since 2004 and has most recently completed her 500 hour teacher training through Yoga Works. She wholeheartedly believes in the power of yoga and lovingly encourages her students to find grace and ease at their edge and to meet whatever arises in the moment with kindness. When not practicing or teaching yoga, you'll find Jen humbly and often joyfully traversing the paths of motherhood and midlife. www.twowingsyoga.com.

What People Are Saying
“… Working with International Yoga was truly incredible. Michelle and Marnee handled all the logistics; collecting payments, travel arrangements, marketing, organizing side trips, and coordinating with the hotel. This allowed Billy [Gill] and I to simply do our jobs as teachers, holding the space for our incredible group. Furama was stunning. The people in Ubud were so kind, and living their yoga so beautifully. If you’ve ever dreamed about doing a retreat abroad, connecting with International Yoga, is a fantastic way to help make that dream a reality!” –Ashley Rideaux
