Yoga In Mexico

WJoin Hillary for a week of pause and play as you untether your mind, nourish your body and ground into the true essence of your soul. This special 5-night retreat is an invitation to not only refine your yoga practice but to unwind into your natural state of joy and freedom. Called “a sanctuary for the soul,” Haramara is a tranquil haven perfect for inspiring healing, growth and connection. Yoga will be offered two times a day to expand your inner capacity and balance the physical and subtle bodies. The mornings will begin with an invigorating, challenging class, while the afternoon sessions will be deep yet relaxing, ending with longer meditations, intuitive exploration and time for reflection. The mid-day break will allow you to explore the quaint town of Sayulita, venture to the beach or simply take rest in the company of the ocean breezes and soothing sounds of the Pacific waves. It will be a week of introspection and celebration with music, poetry and philosophy. Before embarking on the holiday season, come replenish your heart and spirit and attune to the infinite grace and wisdom within and all around.
