Balance & Bliss in Thailand: a Yogic Cultural Journey

We’ll begin in the south at a highly-acclaimed, luxurious 5-star resort situated on the edge of Krabi Marine National Park on the crystal clear waters of the Andaman Sea. Nestled discreetly amidst tropical gardens and coconut groves, against a backdrop of sheer cliffs and lush jungle foliage, the resort can only be reached by boat. We will enjoy beautifully designed private bungalows, excellent cuisine, warm service, and one of the most unique relaxation spas in Thailand. Each day you will enjoy 1-2 yoga sessions with Jean Marie & Debra, with ample free time to relax by the gorgeous pool, snorkel in the stunning sea, and explore on your own.

We will continue our journey by flying north to the foothills for a stay in Chiang Mai, the cultural capital. Unique custom-designed excursions will include exploring ancient temples by rickshaw, participating in a traditional offering at a Buddhist temple, enjoying a private walking and shopping tour of local artisans and their handicrafts, cooking classes, an unforgettable traditional paper-lantern ceremony, and a visit to a nearby elephant sanctuary. Accommodation will be at a lovely property located in the historic heart of the city. The charming boutique hotel takes its name from a majestic 200-year-old tamarind tree that shelters the hotel. The rooms reflect the rich ethnic diversity of northern Thailand by using fabrics and patterns drawn from various tribes of the region. Enjoy daily yoga with Jean Marie & Debra at a nearby auditorium, rich cultural interactions, and delicious food. From beginning to end, this will be a restorative and transformational journey. You will be inspired by the beauty of the ocean, jungles, mountains, and temples, and by the enriching personal practices and abundant blessings that you will receive to enhance your life.

What are the accommodations like?

Rayavadee Hotel, KRABI- Rayavadee is an award winning 5-star resort located at the spectacular Phranang Peninsula on the Andaman coast, surrounded by sheer cliffs that rise from the sea and surrounding landscape.
