Northern India with Peggy Orr
January 25 - 30, 2014
After a luxurious week in the south, join us on an expertly crafted tour through India’s most treasured sights of the north, where we’ll delve into rituals, ceremonies and the culture and lifestyle of both old and new India. We’ll begin in bustling Delhi, touring the ancient bazaars, sampling sumptuous cuisine, and taking a rickshaw ride though the narrow lanes. We’ll then take a train to the Taj Mahal — not to be missed! — before heading to Varanasi, one of the world’s oldest continuously inhabited cities.
Witnessing all of life’s rituals on full display along the banks of the holy Ganges River is likely a sight that will stay with you forever. The trip concludes with our return flight to Delhi.
An experienced guide will accompany us throughout the journey and we will also have additional local “insider” guides in each city. Restaurants are selected for their excellent cuisine in addition to their hygiene standards, and we’ll have our own private buses in each location, often flying between locations for maximum comfort and minimum travel hassle.

What People Are Saying
“… Working with International Yoga was truly incredible. Michelle and Marnee handled all the logistics; collecting payments, travel arrangements, marketing, organizing side trips, and coordinating with the hotel. This allowed Billy [Gill] and I to simply do our jobs as teachers, holding the space for our incredible group. Furama was stunning. The people in Ubud were so kind, and living their yoga so beautifully. If you’ve ever dreamed about doing a retreat abroad, connecting with International Yoga, is a fantastic way to help make that dream a reality!” –Ashley Rideaux
