Join Laura on this week-long Italian retreat where you will enjoy the tranquility of Italy's countryside and delight at its flavors. The retreat center is a luxury, boutique hotel in the green hills of Italy, prominently situated on a ridge which stretches into the center of the valley. The center commands fine views over its 28 gardens, terraced lawns, and woodland. Laura will guide you through twice-daily yoga and meditation practices throughout the week.
